Bloom Space Private Event Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bloom Space! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your private event. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit will be applied toward the total event cost.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Bloom Space reserves the right to cancel the booking if final payment is not received by the deadline.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. The base fee covers setup, materials, and travel, with additional per-attendee or per-item costs as outlined in your package.
2. Customization and Guest Selections (Thrive Tier)
• Product Selection: For the Thrive Tier, clients are welcome to choose from available pots and plants. Per-item costs will be finalized and charged based on selections made during the event.
• Add-Ons and Upgrades: Additional items, such as specialty plants or decorative elements, may be available upon request. Prices for add-ons will be provided in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Client Cancellations:
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional charges.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total event cost.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and will be charged the full event amount.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days prior to the event date may be accommodated at Bloom Space’s discretion, subject to availability.
• Bloom Space Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Bloom Space must cancel, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided, or clients may opt to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Event Details and Responsibilities
• Location Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a suitable location for the event, including sufficient space for setup and seating. If the event is outdoors, clients should ensure a backup indoor location is available in case of inclement weather.
• Setup and Cleanup: Bloom Space will handle setup and cleanup within a designated time frame. Additional charges may apply if extended setup or cleanup time is required.
• Guest Conduct: Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests respect event materials and adhere to safe practices during the experience.
5. Liability
• Injury and Damages: Bloom Space is not liable for injuries sustained by guests during the event or for damages to personal property. By booking with Bloom Space, clients agree to assume responsibility for any injuries or damages.
• Plant Care and Maintenance: Bloom Space provides care instructions for all plants; however, plant longevity is subject to individual care. Bloom Space is not liable for plant health post-event.
6. Photography and Media Release
• Event Photos: Bloom Space may take photos of event setups for marketing and portfolio purposes. Clients consent to the use of these photos in Bloom Space’s promotional materials, social media, and website unless otherwise specified in writing.
